Terms & Refund Policy
Plain-English terms for working with IPM Small Business Solutions. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Who we are
IPM Small Business Solutions is the trade name of Implement Power Moves LLC. We provide business filing assistance and strategy consulting for small business owners.
Booking deposit
A $50 deposit reserves your session or engagement. The deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to your total price, and the remaining balance is invoiced separately.
Payment of the balance
Your remaining balance is due before your session or engagement begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. With that notice, your deposit carries over to the new time. If you cancel or miss a session without notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking is required.
Filing services
Government and state filing fees are set by the relevant agency and are separate from our service fees. Once a filing has been submitted, agency fees cannot be refunded by us. Approval timelines and outcomes are decided by the agency, not by IPM.
Monthly retainers
Retainers renew monthly. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges. We do not refund partial months already billed.
